Conceived by the affable and experienced Captain Tony Briggs, Coral Expeditions I (formerly Coral Princess) has earned a fine reputation sailing the tropical waters of Australia’s northern coastlines. The vessel is a 35-metre catamaran that is fully equipped to accommodate up to 42 passengers and good-size crew. She also features a special excursion craft, The Explorer, which is boarded from deck level.
Coral Expeditions I undertook a $1 million refurbishment in 2012, to provide additional comfort and install two new engines to provide improved fuel efficiency and lower emissions.
