Harstad is a city and municipality in Norway, located approximately 250 km (150 mi) north of the Arctic Circle. It is the second largest city in the county of Troms, and the fourth largest in North Norway, by population. It is situated on the island of Hinnøya, and the town is surrounded by some of the most beautiful skerries and adventures in Norway.

Harstad is a beautiful coastal town, surrounded by stunning alpine scenery. The town has a thriving cultural scene, and is the host of the annual Northern Norwegian Festival of Culture.
