Cruise Description

5 Night Cruise sailing from Perth roundtrip aboard Astor.

The modernised ASTOR offers you all the comfort you need in order to feel at home on your personal dream cruise. Let yourself be enchanted by the very special flair of the “small” ASTOR, which is reflected everywhere on board: in the noble suites and beautiful cabins, the inviting wellness centre, the manifold gastronomic offerings and of course in the first-class service. You receive the ideal complete offer – tailored to your individual needs – and experience a cruise on the ASTOR that will remain a fond memory for a long time to come.

Highlights of this cruise:

A five-night cruise may not be the quickest way of getting to WA’s South-West, but it could be the most relaxing.

Book in to the ship’s Wellness Centre, or sit by the pool and enjoy a drink and a book while ASTOR’s captain gets you down to Albany. Here you can check out the amazing Gap and Natural Bridge in Torndirrup National Park, or discover the richness of the town’s whaling history at the only museum of its kind in the world to be housed in a formerly fully-operational whaling station.

Albany also has some amazing produce – from award-winning wines, spirits, locally made beer, farm fresh yabbies and trout, olives, oysters, goats cheese and more. Before returning to Fremantle, ASTOR will also visit Busselton, which provides an opportunity to visit surrounding towns, such as Margaret River.

The shore excursions on this trip are bound to be popular, with some of the state's best wineries and restaurants in close proximity. Busselton itself should not be over looked. The weather is bound to be terrific at this time of year, so the beach and waterfront will be a vibrant place to visit. Check out the 1.8km Busselton Jetty too, including the Underwater Observatory, which provides a close look at some fascinating marine life.
